The closest town to Hartland Village, Fleet features a bustling high street with shops, cafés and services, a shopping centre with well-known brands, and a range of sport and fitness facilities. Fleet Pond Nature Reserve is on the edge of the town, a tranquil spot for walks and wildlife watching.
Head to nearby Farnborough for bigger shopping trips, with its shopping centre, retail park and large supermarkets. There is also a cinema, and plans are underway for a brand new leisure and culture hub with a library, two swimming pools, sports hall and fitness suite.
Farnham is a historic market town with a range of fashion brands, independent shops, cafés, restaurants and pubs lining its historic streets. It is also home to a monthly farmers’ market and Farnham Park, a 320 acre medieval deer park.

Closer to Hartland Village, there is Alice Holt Forest, Frensham Ponds and Caesar’s Camp.
